Waivers

If you are an are facing removal and a ban from reentering the US because of a past criminal conviction or immigration violation, cancellation of removal might help you get or keep a green card.

You must have a spouse or child who is a US citizen or green card holder.

You must show that your absence will create "extreme hardship" on either your spouse or child.

You must also demonstrate either 7 or 10 continuous years of residence in the USA.
